We are seeking a Supply Chain Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with multiple departments to execute production launches, championing a strong production culture, and managing budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a leader for multi-disciplinary teams on game production projects who promotes collaboration and builds trust with leadership, teams, and individual contributors. We are looking for a candidate to provide dedicated end to end management for product launches for each of our Magic: The Gathering®’s major releases.
The ideal candidate should have proven industry expertise in production workflows, tracking tools, resource management, strong communication and time leadership skills, in addition to a passion for product development, cross functional workflows, and an affinity for games/lifestyle brands. A solid understanding of and passion for Magic: The Gathering® is a huge asset, and experience solving the challenges of international physical product manufacturing are a strong plus.
What You’ll Do:

Set a standard for production excellence by owning project outcomes, thinking proactively, making effective tradeoffs, and leading with integrity and care

Serve as a day-to-day producer for the Supply Chain team by prioritizing projects, identifying dependencies, tracking progress, and improving tools and processes

Build and maintain calendars, schedules, and dashboards (often using tools like Smartsheet or Jira) to ensure all teams have reliable access to accurate real-time information

Coordinate and schedule team meetings, and review cycles across various internal departments and with external partners

Make real-time launch support recommendations to leadership based on learnings related to team and production line capabilities and velocities, consistently working to improve and push for excellence in deliverables and reviews by communicating results, providing cross-functional capacity planning recommendations, and identifying chokepoints, ensuring workloads are optimized and revenue targets are not at risk

Represent Magic: The Gathering® interests and needs with licensing and external partners, communicating efficiently and optimally in various scenarios

Prioritize work effectively and help the rest of the team do so as well, understanding urgency and keeping the team focused on high-impact initiatives
What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of professional experience in tracking schedules and tasks for technical teams, or like experience in other fields

3+ years of strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and balancing multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters

Experience developing and maintaining the roadmap, deadlines and phase approvals for pillars and teams to drive alignment and clarity

Experience with marketing processes and pipelines.

Best in class production standards, a deep understanding of development processes and practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of a highly matrixed organization

Provide clear and concise direction/feedback to various parties and influence others to embrace their recommendations

Expertise in Jira (reporting, dashboard) and Confluence

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel

Proficient with SmartSheet, Resource Manager, and Miro are big pluses

Outcome-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills

BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred

Must be on site at our studio in Renton, WA

The base salary range for this position is $102,000.00 to $163,800.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
