Temporary Content Specialist, Trade Marketing

We are on the lookout for a skilled Educational Content Specialist to build an approachable library of self-serve content to support the Wizards Play Network (WPN). As a part of the WPN team, you will collaborate with content teammates, program managers, and business development to craft website and video content to educate WPN members about program benefits, ease onboarding for new members, and enrich understanding for existing members.

Are you a well-spoken content creator with both instructional and technical expertise for business? Bring hands-on experience in content marketing and educational engagement to elevate our retail partners' experience!

What You'll Do:

• Solicit, draft, edit, review, revise, and broadly craft website and video walk-through content covering a range of WPN retailer metrics, benefits, and services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Business Development, and Digital Product to align content prioritization, accuracy, and deployment.
• Engage with localization team to ensure appropriate language versions for web content and YouTube video captioning.
• Facilitate and support video content production with external agency
• Update and inform content needs and progress across teams through shared Confluence space.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong attention to detail, honed writing skills, and the ability to translate bullet points of facts into easy-to-read or watch narratives
• Collaboration skills, both written and spoken, ready to proactively engage with teams, partners, and leadership to ensure content fidelity
• Experience working with global brands, business-to-business marketing, and localized communications
• Comfort with handling multiple inputs and sources of truth to build and validate functional partner details
• Passion for tabletop gaming and retail experiences

Nice to Have:

• 2+ years of work experience in business-to-business marketing, digital communications, and online content creation
• In-depth expertise and skills in video editing, scriptwriting, and performing voiceover for video content
• Hands-on experience building content around sharing complex details through web article and video explanation content
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience

Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.

The hourly rate for this position is $42.00 to $60.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
