That’s where you come in!
As a Contract Senior Community Manager for Dungeons & Dragons, you will help drive the transformation from community reacting to community marketing, turning D&D fan passion into a proactive, growing powerhouse of advocacy. You will also extend and support creator marketing execution globally, helping scale creator activations and operations across time zones in close partnership with the Influencer Marketing Manager.
You are a key bridge between community, creators, and product, helping ensure everything we launch is informed by players, resonates authentically, and drives measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:

- Serve as a bridge to Product, helping ensure community feedback informs roadmap decisions, messaging, and trust strategy.
- Support the development of scalable fandom programs (UGC, Discord activations, community events) that integrate into launches and ongoing brand engagement.
- Contribute to measurement frameworks across sentiment, engagement, and community contribution to business outcomes.
- Partner with the Influencer Marketing Manager to translate community insight into creator strategy, briefs, and guardrails
- Support global creator program execution across time zones, ensuring continuity of operations, activations, and campaign delivery.
- Assist in developing and maintaining creator relationships, helping ensure strong, trust-based partnerships across the creator ecosystem.

- Provide sentiment-informed guidance to creators, ensuring content aligns with audience expectations and avoids risk moments.
- Help scale creator activations and content pipelines during high-volume campaign periods or major launches.
- Act as a secondary escalation point for creator-related risks, timing issues, or execution gaps.
What You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in community marketing, influencer marketing, or integrated campaign strategy.
- Deep understanding of community sentiment analysis, social listening, and audience behavior.
- Experience working with content creators, influencer campaigns, or creator ecosystems.
- Proven ability to translate insights into strategy and measurable business impact.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Marketing, Legal, and Comms.
- Exceptional judgment in high-sensitivity, public-facing situations involving community or creators.
