Do you have a passion for finding creative solutions and unlocking Esko WebCenter's potential?

We are seeking a solution-focused contract WebCenter Administration Specialist to take Esko workflow tools to the next level within our rapidly growing product portfolio! In this role, you will build and maintain workflows for approvals, build reports and dashboards for project and management, integrate with systems like SmartSheet and Digital Asset Management systems, and partner with multiple production teams to craft exciting tools for their needs. Your contributions will increase communication and reliability for our project plans and pave the way for scalable and sustainable growth.

What you'll do:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for Esko WebCenter, including implementing new workflows for file approvals
  • Set up automated validation, preflights, and reporting
  • Gather requirements and bug reports, and work from a backlog of enhancement requests and ideas
  • Partner with production teams to craft workflows that integrate with SmartSheet for scheduling, communication, and alerts
  • Identify and recommend innovative ways to evolve existing work and asset tracking tools
  • Conduct training sessions for new tools, onboard new users, and provide desktop support

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years working extensively in WebCenter, including experience with approval workflows, Automation Engine, reporting, and dashboard development
  • 2+ years full-stack software development experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science
  • Ability to understand complex processes and turn them into automated workflows
  • Experience with web services and Javascript
  • Understanding of APIs
  • Familiarity with SmartSheet
  • Solid attention to detail and quality assurance
  • A creative, "what if" mentality
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to translate user stories into workable solutions

 

Compensation Range: $60.00/hr.
