The salesman is responsible for implementing the eCommerce joint business planning with customers utilizing digital and marketing elements to drive sales, and share growth for Hasbro. Responsibilities include proactively negotiate, monitoring, evaluating and updating the overall business plan to meet all sales objectives.

 

Main Responsibilities

- Manages E-Commerce and Omni-Channel customers;

- Responsible for achieving the results of domestic revenues, focus on conversion (sell thru) and share in the customers;

- Help develop and implements the Promotional Calendar in these customer (focus Brand visibility and Conversion);

- Work together with Marketing and Trade to develop integrated actions and assets in Digital Media (Social Media, Influencer, Sponsor Products and Programmatic Media) to drive qualified traffic to our customers;

- Develop and track annual sell in and sell out forecast for your accounts;

- Develop relationship with Category Manager and support areas in consumer´s;
- Track and share KPI result reports;

 

 

Skills & Competencies:

- Experience selling to E-Commerce retailers is a must have;

- Curious to learn and persistent to find answers;

- Results Orientation with strong analytical skills; proven ability to track KPIs and provide action plan/strategic recommendations;

- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment;

- Ability to multi-task various projects in a fast-paced environment;

- An understanding of SEO or other methods to maximize the number of searches thereby driving sales volume in an E-Commerce environment
