As the Trade Marketing Executive, you will support the Trade Marketing Function on BTL Executions (Customer and Vendor Facing), Promotions, Sales Development & Sales Analytics.
Additionally, this role will cover Key Account Management activities for our FAN and Departmental Stores channels.
What You’ll Do:
Trade Marketing
- Execute end to end BTL A&P plan basis aligned objectives with Marketing to drive synergies between ATL & BTL plans
- Align and execute SOP for smooth A&P processing for internal teams, vendors and key stake holders – ensuring minimum delays as per plan
- Anchor and drive monthly reconciliation of BTL A&P spends against annual budget with finance team & line manager.
- Build & Drive mechanism to measure and evaluate all major BTL spends
- Evaluate various events driven by key accounts – collaborate with the events which will help to drive our larger plans
- Build strong communication pipeline for communicating all promotions and plans, through Trade Bulletin & Marketing Decks.
- Anchor the sales MIS templates through Hasbro MIS team.
- Anchor successful execution of NPD plans and drive frequent reviews with the team to analyze and act on key sales agendas.
- Develop launch decks comprising of all products and initiatives to support launches across channels.
- Develop solutions to increase visibility for all key initiatives - the plans need to coincide with the larger marketing plans - to drive maximum visibility and generate recall
- Efficiently use available resources and invest in proven strategies to drive maximum impact through BTL campaigns within allocated budgets
Key Account Management
- Key interface between the category buyers for the accounts handled and the internal stake holders.
- Analyze market needs and develop account plans.
- Liaise with the buyers/merchandising managers to negotiate ops to be run in the account nationally/regionally.
- Responsible for customer management, sales growth & market share of for the account.
- Ensure on time NPD’s, promotions, stocks ins and quick response to identified problems.
- Leverage his understanding of the retailers / customers and their ways of working to drive Customer Delight.
- Responsible for secondary sales development for all assigned product categories, Distribution management.
- Create, implement, execute and manage marketing and promotional campaigns and activity through the partner.
- Regularly provide channel partner information and business activity to the internal team and deliver monthly sales forecast updates on a weekly basis.
- Work closely and maintain strong working relationship with Sales and Marketing Team to ensure greater channel sales development and sell through contribution.
- Maintain steady in-store visits to ensure implementation of brand presence and visibility for driving brand turns.
