Would you like to apply your subject matter expertise and help develop Hasbro’s new way of operating? We are building an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team! We are looking for a Director of IBP who is a strategic partner as well as hands on. This role is a part of the Global Finance – Operations and Analytics Organization which is responsible for delivering on transformation of business processes at Hasbro. We are developing, embedding and maturing the process methodology of IBP. This highly collaborative role will engage with a broad set of functional process owners to mature IBP principals and processes within each of the core elements outlined in Hasbro’s IBP approach. These include Portfolio, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Analytics. This position can be based remotely on the Weat Coast and requires travel to our Pawtucket RI and Seattle WA locations.

 

A Day in the Life of the Director Integrated Business Planning:

  • Lead development and deployment of standardized IBP methodologies and cultural change across the Hasbro Enterprise.
  • Directly facilitate step reviews and feeder meetings required for step synchronization.
  • Navigate and synchronize multiple planning time horizons in partnership with operating teams.
  • Advance IBP methodologies including performance metrics and measures.
  • Drive systems integration and automation for analytical insights to drive decision making.
  • Scope, design and implement integration of all business models into the IBP framework.
  • Build scalable and repeatable ‘playbooks’ for the IBP methodologies and leads local, regional and global training.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or Data Analytics / Data Science.
  • Experienced practitioner in Integrated Business Planning or advanced S&OP methodologies.
  • 5+ years’ experience in FP&A, Marketing, Supply Chain or Commercial Planning / Analytics.
  • Advanced analytical skills and visual performance management (ability to practically apply Power BI, Excel, SQL Server, Python etc).
  • Ability to drive in depth process and systems improvement that embeds a performance culture.
  • Skills in problem solving, analysis, influencing, negotiation, communication and navigating a sophisticated and matrixed global organization.
  • Energy for working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
