What You'll Do:
- Maintain and update product pricing, release dates, and SKU data in SAP and master systems.
- Resolve allocation and pricing issues on sales orders across all global channels.
- Coordinate with Finance, Studios, and Corporate to implement approved changes.
- Troubleshoot order discrepancies and ensure timely resolution with stakeholders.
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update sales order forms for all channels (excluding Japan).
- Enter and manage channel allocations in SAP based on PCRs for all new releases.
- Reconcile allocations with vendor POs and adjust as needed with Purchasing.
- Build consignment sales orders for Secret Lair, Arena Direct, and D&D transfers.
- Adjust Amazon orders in SAP to reflect Vendor Central changes.
- Update Master SKU List and related internal trackers.
- Generate weekly allocation reports for all sales channels.
- Approve and escalate Japan sales orders with pricing validation.
- Process and track sample system orders, including onboarding new users.
Monthly/Bi-Monthly Responsibilities:
- Create pre-release order forms and solicitation grids for Magic and D&D.
- Run allocation and sample reports for Japan, Organized Play, Product Room, and internal managers.
- Distribute updated SKU list to sample users every other month.
Annual Responsibilities:
- Support annual pricing process in collaboration with Studios, Finance, and Hasbro Corporate.
- Serve as WotC’s Sales Ops point of contact for the Texas Distribution Center during winter break.
Additional Duties:
- Provide coverage for other Sales Ops team members as needed (e.g., meetings, documentation).
- Support SAP training, UAT testing, and documentation creation for internal processes.
- Take on other tasks or projects as assigned by the Demand Planning Manager.
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or similar function.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel/Smartsheet skills; comfort managing large datasets.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
- Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with consumer products, retail distribution, or game publishing a plus.
Additional Details:
Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.

Compensation Range, Currency USD or CAD:
- Starting Pay Range: $26.80/hour
- Pay Range End: $40.20/hour
