  • Keep a pulse on the player and industry through consumer insights and market research, ensuring D&D continues to develop products that fit the evolving needs of current and future players.
  • Nurture close relationships with key players across the design, development, engineering, creative, business, sales, marketing, and regional teams that are involved with a product’s go-to-market.
  • Manage the selection, channel, and pricing strategy for the current portfolio of analog D&D TRPG products, including the core rulebooks.
  • Report on critical product metrics and insights to key business partners and present to executive leadership at weekly business reviews.
  • Partner with D&D Beyond on direct-to-consumer marketplace development and expansion.
  • Be a key partner in D&D long range planning and franchise strategy.
  • Keep a level head through the noise and flux of such a large and beloved franchise to help the business focus on what really matters.

What You'll Bring:

  • A player-first approach to product and business development.
  • 5+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience working with physical and digital consumer products.

On the D&D Team, we believe diversity of experience is fundamental to creating broadly accessible and fun gaming experiences for *all* of our players. We encourage everyone to consider being a part of our team.
