1.Responsible for Hardline – Food & Beverage licensing business for Greater China business:

(1)Business Development: l Implement the licensing strategies for the responsible categories / brands development (including product, channel / retail and marketing) and deliver the licensing goals and drive revenue growth beyond l Exploit & identify new business opportunities and potential licensees. l Pitch and recruit new partners for responsible categories. l Manage and grow existing licensing business.

(2)Licensing Execution: l Work closely with licensees to ensure achieve revenue targets, keep healthy business growth and that product and marketing strategies are aligned with the brand and company objectives. l Closely monitor licensees’ performance and provide business direction to licensees to enhance the business result. l Manage new and renewal business process. l Negotiate and conclude the business deals with licensees. l Prepare business proposals for approval and coordinate with Legal on contract approval and preparation. l Responsible for licensing business routine management and operations including but not limited to contract, finance, marketing, products development and after-launching maintenance…etc. l Ensure strong FB branded products presence and marketing buzz in market. l Ensuring compliance with all licensing agreements and regulations

(3) Product Development Management l Work closely with PD team to ensure product availability in the market for the responsible categories / brands in the key channels l Close observation and market/retail industry trends and inspire licensees properly from commercial perspective

(4)Retail & Marketing Coordination: l Work with Licensees, Retail, MKT, Content teams etc. to develop and implement the channel/retail/mkt plans for the responsible categories / brands to improve sales, exposure and impact l Support and implement LCP team and global/regional & local brand team, retail development teams and peers in LCP team to build One-Voice programs.

2.Assist Hardline team to achieve team targets.

(1) Assist Hardline team market reports

(2) Assist Hardline HK,TW,MC agent deals management

(3) Assist Hardline team LCP team in executing One-Voice projects such as licensing shows, summits, brand campaigns …etc.

Skills and Qualification requirements
1. At least 3 years work experience in licensing business; experience in Food&Beverage licensing will be an advantage.

2. Have sound understanding of licensing business and China markets for proper licensing strategies formulation and execution.

3. Honest, responsible, self-discipline, strong initiative. Have the ability to work independently, multi-task and also teamwork.

4. Good communication skills. Able to collaborate well with people at all levels both internally and externally.

5. Good command of English and Mandarin
