Key Responsiblities:
To manage online account for operating JD flagship store, to drive sell through of flagship stores and pull in orders to accounts.
- Online account management for JD flagship store
- Managing TP to ensure daily operation to drive for POS/GMV, including new item launch, PDP optimization, promotion price setting and inventory management.
- Communicating with JD buyer directly to pull in promotional resources
- KPI set and management with JD, conduct monthly or ad-hoc store operation performance review
- Expenses controlling in sales allowance and A&P for accounts
- Data analysis and management for flagship stores
- Sales and products forecast initiative to the accounts/channels
- Working with line manager closely in better driving growth of flagship stores
- Working with brand marketing team closely in following up campaigns and line up with JD category to maximize promotion event/resources
- Working with e-marketing agency to optimize paid media investment ROI
CORE COMPETENCIES:
Professional Know-how
- Bachelor degree or above (E-commerce background is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years (Preferably with online business experience)
- JD flagship store operation experience is a must. Familiar with JD back-end operation system is a plus
