Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall operation and management of e-commerce platforms, including develop and execute sales plans, and achieve sales targets.
  • Managing customer to plan and complete promotional activities and drive pos/GMV.
  • KPI set and management with customer, conduct monthly or ad-hoc store operation perfermance review.
  • Expenses controlling in sales allowance and A&P.
  • Maintain good collaborative relationships with the customer.
  • Working with brand marketing team closely in following up campaigns and line up with the customer to maximize promotion event.

 

Core Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields.
  • More than 3 years of experience in e-commerce operation and management, with successful e-commerce project experience preferred.
  • TM/Tiktok experience is preferred.
  • Able to work under pressuree.
  • Strong data analysis skills and market insights.
