Global Security Auditor

The Consumer Products division of this local Hasbro entity provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are currently recruiting for this position, based in the local office in this market.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years’ experience in conducting audits (Security, and Chain of Custody related audits), with minimum 3 years of solid experience in manufacturing ( Compliance, Brand protection, or related disciplines)
• Excellent in English (oral and written), Mandarin and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, diligent, team player with good attitude, high level of integrity, detail orientation and trustworthiness
• Strong sense of urgency and able to prioritize tasks on a tight schedule.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the latest versions of Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
• Working experience in a large multinational company is preferable

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct the security assessments timely and Compile results and submit completed audit reports to Global Security Audit Manager for review
• Review vendors CAP (Corrective Action Plan) submission for audits conducted
• Manage and monitor ongoing compliance performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Provide over the phone, onsite, and classroom/remote training, support, and guidance to suppliers on Global Security requirements.
• Identify abnormalities and potential risks unique to supplier’s business model or operations
• Support regional offices and teams to achieve Global Security standards
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders will be essential.
• Do investigations on vendors CTPAT/Intellectual property issues when it is needed.
• Continue to improvement and enhance of the security and intellectual property program by staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes
