We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to work in our Colombia office

Key Responsibilities

  • Risk Assessment & Executive Reporting
    Evaluate and assess financial and business risks associated with key decisions. Prepare flash highlights, insights, and executive‑level reporting for Director and Executive Management, ensuring timely, accurate visibility into financial performance and strategic developments.

  • Strategic & Ad‑Hoc Business Support
    Provide analytical support on strategic and ad‑hoc business initiatives, complementing ongoing planning, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Partner cross‑functionally to support informed, data‑driven decision‑making.

  • Financial Analysis & Problem Solving
    Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to interpret complex financial data, identify trends and risks, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Executive Communication & Storytelling
    Communicate insights effectively through clear written and verbal messaging, translating complex financial analysis into meaningful insights for both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement & Change Leadership
    Identify opportunities to standardise, automate, and improve financial processes. Lead or support initiatives that increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and enable scalable, best‑in‑class financial operations.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong expertise in financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong experience with Python and Power BI
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and ownership mindset
  • Results‑driven, able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Experience in valuation, financial modeling, and data modeling
  • Strong background in business analytics
  • Proven ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve financial and operational opportunities
