Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe  Hasbro France SAS ('the Company')provides sales, marketing and other services to HET and HIT in France.

 

We are recruiting a Sr Coordinator FOB for South Hub - permanent position - local contract. The location is flexible : Le Bourget du Lac (France) /  Milano (Italy) / Valencia (Spain) / Athens (Greece).

Main Purpose of role:

 

  • To provide a support function to the Local & Regional Sales team providing services to HITBV driving improved forecasting and higher orderbook fulfilment
  • To liaise with the EU FOB Manager (dotted line) to facilitate the Local and/or Regional FOB business across the relevant accounts
  • To liaise with Sales/Marketing and Demand Planning and draw on expertise to increase understanding and jointly deliver the evolving needs of the FOB business of HITBV

 

Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks:

 

 

  • FOB-PRE-SALES PHASE :
  • Track, report and prompt the Sales team and the Marketing team to put a Field or SAR forecast in at the right time
  • Continually identify in advance where forecasts are not high enough to cover orderbook demand and push the right KAMs/accounts to increase their forecast
  • Report clearly in advance on true risk and opportunity in FOB – and where SAR forecasts should go down as well as up.
  • Support line planning (mainline & exclusive) with local marketing
  • Support sales program, catalogue and FOB price list
  • Support calculations of customer special price with Hasbro Far East and local sales department
  • Support customer planning
  • Support MA (Manufacturing Authorization) + MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) release with inventory flow department
  • Organize samples/images for customer sampling, preview, etc
  • FOB-SALES PHASE :
  • Download standard and customer special quote sheets
  • Track and monitor orders & shipments
  • Work with Demand Planning to improve the order dates where they are far beyond the customer requirements (opportunities to flip to DOM, view ‘spare’ supply in other plants/or understand earlier where capacity constraints mean no fulfilment will happen)
  • FOB-AFTER-SALES PHASE :
  • Close collaboration and communication between Customer and HFE
  • Support FOB reporting
  • Support QA and legal questions
  • OTHER:
  • Continually coordinate all the undated FOB orders for the South Hub and understanding where KAMs/account action is needed (no supply plan, missing forecast, incorrect variant, pricing issue, missing payment, dummy order process)
  • Close collaboration with marketing, sales, EU exclusive team, other FOB Managers, HFE office, QA in UK and Finance in EU and HFE.
  • Attend telephone conference for exclusive items
  • Look after test reports and other documents for customers QA
  • Very deep knowledge of Hasbro internal procedures and retailer requirements

 

 

Skills/Knowledge/

Experience/Qualification requirements:

 

Essential

Graduate, preferably a business related degree

Exposure in a commercial environment preferably within Sales/Marketing, Buying or Customer Services

Strong, well rounded administrative ability and organisational skills

Eye for detail and process

Providing highly organised support to a team with a fast pace work environment

Excellent communications skills – both written & oral, as well as having active listening ability – confidence at all levels

Good interpersonal skills - previous customer facing experience [both internal and external] with a focus on providing high quality, proactive customer service

Proactive and able to work diligently on own initiative and as part of a team

Ability to prioritise and organise workload

Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities

Experience in preparing, creating and analysing data

Enjoys working in an environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to contribute to the team’s output  in a pro-active manner

Thorough knowledge and competent use of all MS office packages – especially Excel [intermediate level] and PowerPoint

Proficient numerical, technical and analytical ability

Fluent English
