Wizards of the Coast continues our rapid growth in Asia Pacific and is looking for Key Account Manager in Australia. 


The Key Account Manager for Pacific will lead country level channel strategy, planning and execution to grow and diversify Wizards’ business in the Pacific region.

The role is based within Hasbro’s Pacific office.



  • Develop Pacific region Commercial Plan with clear strategies on market expansion, business growth and revenue achievement.
  • Deliver/exceed annual sales targets through the development and execution of channel sales strategies in both hobby and mass market channels.
  • Lead channel development and expansion initiatives within Pacific in partnership with regional marketing and regional trade marketing organization.
  • Manage distributors on sales processes and business growth, channel expansion and new channel entries.
  • Lead proactive initiatives to ensure that Wizards’ products stay top of mind within appropriate channels in the country such as: distributors, key retailers and other organizations relevant to tabletop products.
  • Provide market insights and trends to enable Wizards to capitalize on business opportunities for growth.



  • 5+ years sales experience consumer categories with preferred focus on collectibles/ gaming/ entertainment.
  • Drive for results: setting clear goals along with leading and coaching team towards achievement of those goals.
  • Business and sales metrics acumen.
  • Strong leadership competency and people management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college required with fluency in English.
  • - Ability to juggle and manage multiple priorities under tight project deadlines required.


Highly Desired:

  • Hobby channel gaming experience.  Paper based or digital
  • Mass market management/expansion experience (CVS, departmental stores, bookshop chains etc)
  • P&L management understanding (financial/business acumen)
  • Familiarity with Wizards products a huge plus – particularly Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons& Dragons.


Travel Requirements (% of time per year)   

  • Up to 20% travel.  Regional markets and WotC HQ in Seattle, WA
