Hasbro Pacific has an opportunity for a Logistics FOB Coordinator to join our Operations team in Sydney. The Logistics FOB Coordinator will manage the full end to end Direct Import (Manufacture country to Customer) order lifecycle, including order management, delivery, and claims processing.

 

This is a 6-month fixed-term maternity cover position.

 

As the Logistics FOB Coordinator, you will:

 

  • Review and follow up on expected customer orders.
  • Liaise with Hasbro Manufacturing and customers to resolve delivery issues.
  • Monitor email inbox and action customer enquires in a timely manner.
  • Outbound and Inbound phone calls.
  • Compile and document feedback.
  • Respond to requests and provide detailed reports (when required).
  • Collaborate with Sales and customer facing teams to build a high-quality customer experience.

 

You will bring to this role:

 

  • 1+ years’ experience in an order processing and/or call center environment.
  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a professional, positive, and friendly way.
  • Previous experience with Direct Import or Inbound Logistics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Computer literacy including SAP and Microsoft Suite.
  • A high level of numeracy skills.
