We are looking for a media expert to join our team as Media Manager and work with some of the world’s most recognised play & entertainment brands including Transformers, Nerf, My Little Pony, Peppa Pig, PJ Masks and Power Rangers. 


Based in Sydney, the Media Manager will drive integrated media planning and investment optimization across our Brand Team and agencies to grow market share and revenue.


As a Media Manager you will:

  • Partner with Brand teams to develop and drive a media strategy for the organisation’s brands across multiple channels to drive portfolio sales
  • Collaborate with external agencies to deliver integrated media strategies, drive real-time optimization and establish processes that continually improve ways of working
  • Lead the consumer brand experience in digital environments to ensure a strong and aligned brand presence
  • Execute key media campaigns in alignment with In-Store Activation and Brand teams
  • Develop media success and cost efficiency metrics and benchmarks
  • Track performance and execute new projects or test & learn strategies based on insights and results
  • Manage media budget recs, monitor media spend and address discrepancies relating to media planning with brand teams
  • Ensure agency partners are up-to-date on brand, target audience and value propositions of Hasbro Brands
  • Serve as an in-house expert to educate the marketing team on digital media platforms, tools, benchmarks and performance indicators


You will bring to this role:

  • 5+ years relevant digital marketing experience
  • Working knowledge of integrated media channels and digital media planning
  • Agency experience (preferred)
  • The ability to build and develop positive, collaborative relationships across multiple partners
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external partners
  • An inquisitive and innovative approach, always proactively learning
  • High levels of productivity in an environment with multiple projects across competing deadlines
