Main Purpose of role:

Hasbro European Trading BV (HET) and Hasbro International Trading BV (HIT) are Hasbro SA’s distributors in Europe, which sell to customers in all major European countries.  Hasbro European Services provides sales services in relation to HET and HIT sales made through e- commerce.

At Hasbro, we rely on our IT systems to help our business reach and succeed with consumers all over the world. We are seeking an experienced systems and data administrator who is eager to use and grow his or her technological skills on a European stage.

In this role, the successful individual will maintain existing IS Solutions, assist in the build and implementation of new solutions and will provide training to the end users.

    • Support Administration
    • FSDU Forecasting
  • Reporting (Excel + Power BI)
    • Shipping Plan
    • Medium Term Availability
    • Short Term Availability
    • SAR File Monthly Update
    • Weekly POS Report
    • Stock Projection
  • GFP XL (Display Creation Data Management)
  • WHIP (POS integration France/Italy)
    • Creation and loading of POS File
    • Insure reliability of customer retail inventory
    • Data base development to integrate new customers
    • Single Point of Contact for all customers to get POS data
  • Sell in/Sell Out general data base maintenance
  • Logility (APS Tool)  Support during roll out phase and after Go Live

 

Process and Performance Management

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the daily/weekly/monthly routines within the cross-functional Operational team (Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service and Sales) to optimize end to end supply chain performance, service to customer and customer experience.
  • Challenge the existing processes and implement solutions that drive overall process improvements and overall capability effectiveness by minimizing manual work arounds.
