As we grow Hasbro's Technology Transformation and Planning team, we are looking for an outstanding Senior Technical Program Manager to join us. This is a versatile opportunity to play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our digital products. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will drive technical solutions across teams to accelerate development and enrich the customer experience!

 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead multi-functional teams in delivering sophisticated IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners to define and prioritize product and feature requirements
  • Establish program goals, scope, and timelines, and closely supervise project breakthroughs to accomplish desired outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain multiple project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with multiple technical teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues affecting project delivery.
  • Make sensible trade-offs (e.g., time vs. effort vs. features) to unblock projects.
  • Raise urgent issues appropriately, engaging partner teams as needed, and driving them to closure in a timely manner.
  • Partner closely with customers to outline needs, establish comprehensive project plans, and offer regular status updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement of business and engineering processes.
  • Initiate and participate in quarterly roadmap and long-term planning.
  • Develop an understanding of portions of the Hasbro and Wizards technology stack.
  • Advise collaborators and leadership on technical solutions and alert to potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple programs while building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an ability to concisely convey project status and risk at all levels of the company.
  • Ability to challenge and thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management including prioritization, scheduling, budgeting, and measuring quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
  • Experience working in the entertainment or gaming industry.
  • Knowledge of new technologies and trends in IT.

 

Location:

This position will be based at either of the following locations:

  • Wizards of the Coast Headquarters - Renton, WA
  • Hasbro Headquarters - Pawtucket, RI

 

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $88,600
  • Pay Range End: $143,800
