Temporary Associate Attorney

What You'll Do:

As an Associate Attorney at Hasbro, you will be an integral part of our legal team, helping to develop and protect our innovative digital products. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a world-class team and make a significant impact on the company's success!

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial contracts, including brand license agreements, services agreements, consent to transfer/assignment, and letter correspondence.
• Proofread, redline, and edit legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader Legal and Contract Administration teams to guide agreements through the full contract lifecycle—from initial drafting to final execution and archiving.
• Support process efficiency, helping to streamline workflows, draft playbooks, and improve contract lifecycle management within digital platforms.
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1–3 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating directly with opposing parties on a wide range of commercial agreements with a pragmatic, business-minded approach.
• Familiarity with intellectual property protection, and privacy concepts.
• Understanding of operational impacts related to the commercial terms, operational controls, and contract lifecycle systems.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, Atlassian suite (or equivalent tools).
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality, practical legal support.

Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Eastridge as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards.

The hourly rate for this position is $34.00 to $36.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
