主な業務内容： 

• 全製品の最終ゲームデザインおよび開発。日本オフィスのプレイテストチームの一員として、カードやセットを作成する。
• 日本オフィスのゲーム・デザイナーと協力して開発を進める。
• デュエル・マスターズの現在のプレイスタイル、フォーマット、プレイ環境に目を配る。
• チームのミーティングやディスカッションに積極的に参加する。
• その他チームのサポート

求められる経験とスキル： 

• 十分なトレーディングカードゲームの経験、知識、競技プレイの経験のある方
• デュエル・マスターズに対して情熱のある方
• 好奇心旺盛で新しいことにチャレンジできる方
• 協調性が高く学習能力が高い方
• 社会人として基本的なスキルが身についている方

We are currently looking for a Game Designer to join our team in Tokyo to work on our iconic Duel Masters series. The main focus of the job will be the development and testing of upcoming Duel Masters sets.

Join the developers of Duel Masters, a game that has been played in Japan for over 20 years, and expand the circle of friendship and connection even further! If you have a passion for trading card games, are self-motivated, curious, a creative problem solver, collaborative and a phenomenal learner, we need your help!

What You'll Do:

• Final game design and development of all products. Coordinate the final design process with the Duel Masters Game Design Manager in Japan office
• Keep an eye on current Duel Masters play styles, formats, and play environments. 
• Actively contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing constructive, reasoned, and creative input that will craft the future of Duel Masters.
• Support Team Members

What You’ll Bring:

• Sufficient trading card game experience, knowledge, and experience playing competitively.
• A passionate, self-motivated, and curious approach, with a strong drive to explore new ideas and solutions.
• Curious and willing to try new things.
• Fluency in Japanese language is required
