The role is responsible for managing specialized logistics and order management activities efficiently, with confidence and competence, ensuring smooth supply chain operations and best in class customer service.
 
Formulate and execute logistics strategy and maintaining an information-sharing environment for future reference relating to:
 
Key Responsibilities - Logistics:
•    Formulate, execute, and continuously optimize logistics strategies to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
•    Manage complex supply chain activities across warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment to ensure OTIF delivery.
•    Oversee vendor management, stakeholder collaboration, and cost-to-serve optimization.
•    Leverage analytics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision-making and operational improvements.
•    Ensure compliance with SOX controls, ISO standards, and legal regulations.
•    Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
•    Develop and maintain SOPs, business continuity, and recovery protocols.
•    Supervise, coach, and develop high-performing warehouse and logistics teams.
 
Key Responsibilities - Order Management 
•    Guide the team in order receipt, verification, and SAP entry.
•    Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
•    Monitor order status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
•    Address customer inquiries related to orders, schedules, and availability.
•    Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
•    Generate order processing and delivery performance reports.
•    Support audits, ensure compliance, and suggest process improvements.
•    Assist with system upgrades and workflow enhancements.
  
Other
•    Establish operations procedures and objectives, monitor and review.
•    Business Recovery Plan – Ensure a plan exists in local country.
•    Support documentation, process mapping, and ad-hoc assignments. 

Financial Measures & Impact
•    Inventory, Fulfillment cost, Customer cost to serve and Customer On time Delivery 
•    Minimum 7 years in supply chain or logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Familiarity with 3PL operations across Asia. 
•    University Degree from relevant disciplines 
•    Proficient in analytics, data visualization, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); strong Power BI skills. Experience with ERP and WMS systems (SAP B1 preferred) and EDI integrations.
•    Ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into logistics strategies. Track and analyze KPIs (fulfillment rates, cycle times, damage rates, shipping costs) and build/maintain operational dashboards. Global mindset with              understanding of product/brand, internal processes, and market/customer environments
•    Excellent written and spoken English; effective communication at all organizational levels.
•    Comfortable under pressure and adaptable to business change; high standards of quality, accuracy, and execution; strong organizational and administrative skills; meticulous attention to details.
•    Collaborative problem-solver with strong interpersonal and team-management skills; capable of cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement.

Desirable:
•    SAP B1 experience and/or EDI integration exposure; direct experience with regional 3PL partners in Asia.
