Working with some of the most recognised entertainment brands including Transformers, Star Wars, Marvel, Power Rangers and more, the Account Manager will lead the development & execution of sales plans across Hasbro's multi-generational category to achieve shared success with our retail partners.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for delivering revenue targets - forecast accurately, develop and lead annual plans.
  • Develop customer relationships - understand the needs of your accounts and deliver on those needs in a mutually beneficial way
  • Know the customers' key performance indicators and support with ranging of our large portfolio; track rate of sale and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Seek and develop opportunities using your knowledge of Hasbro Fan brands and understanding of the UK retail market
  • Be flexible and understand omnichannel and digital requirements
  • Build internal relationships by working with cross-functional teams: marketing, product development, account support, logistics, accounts payables, finance, flow planning, data management
  • Have the capacity to become channel expert and share industry knowledge, becoming the specialist within their channel of business. The Fan Channel offers multiple account opportunities across all retail segments: bricks, omni, and pure play ecommerce.


Skills and Experience:

  • Commercial sales management experience in a high-paced, driven environment, with a consistent track record for achieving and exceeding sales goals OR equivalent relevant experience to demonstrate capability
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Commercially savvy, with experience in the full path to purchase and ability to fully leverage shopper insights
  • Strong time management, prioritisation, planning, and organization skills
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented individual, with a sense of urgency
  • Analytical/Excel/PC skills
