Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks:

 

  • Understand the needs of the key Entertainment Analytics stakeholder groups: TV Content Sales Services, Digital & Social, Brand & Marketing Services
  • Provide insights through data analysis to fulfil stakeholder needs.  
  • Curate actionable applicable insights, such as Brand Health information, and assist with the creation of stakeholder presentations and reports.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and retiring manual report work through the use of dashboards.
  • Build, maintain and improve dashboards for reporting and analysis. Working closely with the Advanced Analytics team to ensure efficient data automation.
  • Professional development in predictive analytics.

 

Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge, Ability and Behaviours required:

 

  • Previous experience working in TV, media or entertainment essential
  • Strong understanding of the television industry, including research terminology and methodology,and the convergence of traditional linear and newer VOD platforms.
  • Proficiency with social and digital intelligence tools for major platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & TikTok
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – experience working with business stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on business research asks from plan to presentation
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including topics like lookup and database formulas, macros and automation.
  • Basic conceptual understanding of databases and basic SQL skills is an advantage
  • Experience using visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio, PowerBI or Tableau is a must
  • Experience with Google Analytics is also desired, but not essential.

 

This role will be based in Capper Street, London.
