2026 Marketing Internship/Co-op
This role sits within our EMEA Consumer Marketing team, responsible for delivering direct to consumer campaigns to delight our fans and drive market share. We work across EMEA with a focus on our lead markets UKI, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. Our brands span across multiple categories, Action Figures, Games, Fashion, Preschool and Outdoor play. We are recruiting to support our day-to-day marketing activity across the region based on priority projects we need to deliver during the summer period, a great opportunity to gain experience of regional marketing in a global marketing led organization.
The Internship Experience

What You Will do as a EMEA Marketing Intern
- Market and consumer research including competitor sets
- Campaign support TV/Digital and Influencers
- Entertainment broadcaster campaigns support
- Adapting presentations
- Data handling
- Brand news, internal PR across the business
- Support for preview room development and presentations
What You Will Bring (Required qualifications/skills/competencies):
- Working for a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, PR or Media
- Comfort working with Excel/PowerPoint/AI
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow process and meet deadlines
- Curious and confident in asking questions to learn and clarify priorities
- Enthusiastic approach
Nice to Have:
- Experience in dashboard analytics and reporting
- Interest in consumer products and kids/kidult entertainment
Program Details
- Interview Timeline: February – April
- Summer Internship Program Dates (adjust accordingly for Co-op):
- Start: Early June (target June 8)
- End: Late August (target August 21)
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Compensation:
- Rates vary based on year in school, degree program, and office location
- Final rates communicated during offer process but will likely fall in the range of 15- 25GBP/Hour
- Location: This opportuntiy will take place in our Stockley Park office in London.
