Hasbro UK Ltd. provides sales marketing and other services to HET in the United Kingdom and Ireland. </p> <p> </p> <p>The purpose of this role is to support and review the brand reporting (forecast, budget and actuals as per Hasbro SA's approved policy) and supporting in the European pricing process.</p> <p> </p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width: 163px; height: 40px;"> <p> </p> <p><strong>Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><br />  </p> <p> </p> </td> <td style="width: 516px; height: 40px;"> <p> </p> <p><strong>Forecasting and Budgeting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the overall brand profitability submission process in line with Hasbro SA's policies, to ensure information is communicated to management on a timely and accurate basis.  <strong>(TLP Submissions)</strong></li> <li>Responsible for ensuring affiliates have the data/assumptions required for creating TLPs in line with Hasbro SA's approved policies - Royalty information and reporting hierarchy <strong>(Pre- FC sending ICPL, Royalties, TLP/NRP mapping file)</strong></li> <li>Responsible for building the European Adjustment TLP in line with Habro SA's strategy</li> <li>Responsible for the consolidation of European TLP  [Toy Line Plan Forecasting] data in line with agreed deadlines and as per Hasbro SA's approved policy.</li> <li>Responsible for the analysis of European affiliate TLP [Toy Line Plan Forecasting] data as per Hasbro SA's policy.  Review variances and produce analysis on performance versus benchmarks (Prior Year, Budget, Prior Forecast). <strong>(Brand Pack)</strong></li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with European affiliates to understand and agree TLP submissions in line with Hasbro SA's policy.</li> <li>Ensure consistent policy of building TLPs in all affiliates and identify opportunities for improvement  in line with Hasbro SA's policy</li> <li>Reviewing the brand hierarchy on a regular basis to ensure all products are classified correctly – highlighting any potential issues</li> <li>Responsible for providing Corporate Finance, European Marketing, Europe Finance and Senior Management team with required information from each TLP submission, including monthly information and ad hoc requests. <strong>(includes QBR schedules)</strong></li> <li>Preparing reconciliation of NRP to TLP, identifying reasons for variances. Working with local finance and Corporate Reporting to propose changes to eliminate variances</li> <li>Review Closeout forecasts and highlight potential issues</li> <li>Prepare Closeout TLP in line with Corporate Hasbro SA's requirements</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Licensor Reporting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Liaising with European Marketing and Corporate finance to prepare budget and forecast (external and internal) reports for key licensors <strong>(Marvel, Lucas and DP/DF Forecasting, Disney brand pack)</strong></li> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Review actual royalty charges and propose changes to royalty forecast guidance</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>European Pricing Process</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the European pricing process by working closely with European marketing services teams.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Other ad hoc tasks as supplied by Finance Manager – European Finance</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td rowspan="2" style="width: 163px; height: 45px;"> <p> </p> <p><strong>Skills/Knowledge/</strong></p> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> </td> <td style="width: 516px; height: 45px;"> <p> </p> <p><strong>Essential</strong></p> <ul> <li>Graduate or equivalent (preferably from Business, Maths or Management discipline)</li> <li>Demonstrable relevant experience, preferably within a financial department.</li> <li>Proficient MS Office User – especially Excel (advanced)</li> <li>Team player with astute eye for detail</li> <li>Excellent communicator (written and oral) and relationship builder</li> <li>Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure</li> <li>Flexible, dedicated and proactive approach</li> </ul> <p> </p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width: 516px; height: 44px;"> <p> </p> <p><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Consolidation experience and Head Office experience</li> <li>Experience of working with pan European partners</li> <li>Experience of a multi-currency reporting environment</li> <li>Exposure to FMCG</li> <li>Exposure to US GAAP working environment</li> <li>SAP Experience</li> <li>Studying for Accountancy qualification</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
