 Main Purpose of role:





To support the Inventory planning team in executing the Hasbro SA approved Inventory strategy for the UK business and be responsible for our short term supply with hands on all our products to support right on time. You will be working closely with our Customer Service, Planning and Sales team for high standards for high serviceability to our customers.  Ensure weekly tasks like container plans, Items on hold sheets are updated and executed in an orderly manner.

Play a key role in UK product launches - drive Hasbro SA approved launch plans to success by actioning agreed plans in a timely manner holding and releasing stock in line with customer on shelf dates and critical paths in line with Hasbro SA strategy and communicating effectively with Sales Services, Customer Services and Newport DC.

Work closely with Customer Services team, Sales Services team and Distribution Centre (Newport) to ensure clear channels of communication are maintained at all times for Hasbro SA approved Flow Plans, internal customer strategies, reworks and launches.

Support the Inventory Planning manager in providing regular communication to the UK business on Hasbro SA approved stock plans and issues; deliver a Container report cascading details of intakes and stock plans

To lead the delivery of Hasbro SA approved Point of Sale plans, communicating in advance and tracking arrivals for the Customer Service team to process. Reporting where stock is not shipped.

Have a clear understanding of Customer Service goals and UK Business Objectives and Account Promotional activities in line with Hasbro SA strategy.

Follow and adhere to Company Policies and Procedures in line with SOX requirements, ensuring outstanding levels of quality and accuracy within all transactions.

To take personal responsibility for achieving excellent levels of customer service and customer satisfaction when dealing with customers, both internal and external.



Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks:

 Flow Planning as approved by Hasbro SA

• Clearly communicate Hasbro SA Flow Plans and ensure they are executed correctly

  • Work in collaboration with our Commercial team to define flow plans and ensure they are executed accurately
  • Keep a close track on product intake plans to ensure 100% of adherence to flow plans and proactively identify, and act on mitigation plans when adjustments are vital
  • Work closely with Customer Service and the Sales Teams to ensure clear channels of communication are maintained for flow plans, internal customer strategies, launches, stock plans and issues
  • Find opportunities for allocation to support regional commercial strategies to improve sales opportunities for highly-constraints brands
  • Pro-actively identifying the short-term shortages to support the customer service team and sales team in growing sales opportunities.
  • Pro-actively identifying the medium-term shortages and work closely with demand planning and regional supply planning to understand and mitigate the issues in advance
  • Prepare a monthly status report to communicate the main supply issues to the organization


• Liaise with Hasbro SA Inventory Planning on intake plans to ensure 100% delivery of set change, product launches, promotional plans and ecommerce opportunities

• Track incoming containers, issue container report, reduce

• Own reservations, reserve and release for reworks

• Track air freights

• Track and support Intake Plans

Qualifications required

Good levels of numeracy and literacy with a minimum of a GCSE grade C in English and Maths 


Experience required

Demonstrable Planning experience, of leading initiatives and driving change. 

Demonstrtable experience within an administration position

Demonstrate success of delivering goals through understanding best use of systems, applications and technology

Proven ability to set and review effective process in a customer focussed environment


Knowledge and Skills required

Excellent numeracy, analysis and decision making skills

Excellent Customer Service skills

Excellent administration and organisational skills

Good PC skills – MS Word and Excel – and the ability to learn new packages


 SAP experience
