Key Account Manager (French and English Speaker) Wizards of the Coast

At Wizards of the Coast, we create legendary worlds—and now we’re looking for a French‑ and English‑speaking Key Account Manager to help bring them to life across EMEA. Based in our Stockley Park, UK offices (hybrid working Tuesday–Thursday, flexible Mondays and Fridays), this role sits within our EMEA Commercial Team, reporting to our EMEA Senior Channel Development Manager.

You will be responsible for : 

The purpose of this role is to provide focus for direct retail channel sales for Wizards of the Coast (Wizards) brands.

  • Making recommendations to help develop the Direct strategy and execute Company goals.
  • Execute the recommended sales strategy for Wizards in EMEA retail chains.
  • Suggest areas of new opportunities and business development in the EMEA market for expansion.

 

Key roles of the dice :

  • Work in close contact with Wizards' direct Retailers across EMEA to provide them with the most recent information on Wizards of the Coast brands, products, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with accounts to generate a forecast for the upcoming releases.
  • Generate and grow business with direct accounts, ensuring objectives and targets are agreed with every account.
  • Build and execute the JMA strategy in collaboration with Retail Marketing with direct retailers across Europe.
  • Form effective relationships with key personnel in each account.
  • Make recommendations internally for stock production on every Wizard's new release.
  • Monitor stock availability and recommend initiatives to address any issues to ensure maximum availability of Wizards' offerings in the channel.
  • Partake in yearly discussions of renewal of trade terms.
  • Track customers' timely payments and work closely with Hasbro Collection Team to resolve any delays.

 

Knowledge, abilities, and characteristics of the ideal Wizard:

  • Fluent in French and English (this is a must).
  • Proven account management experience with retailers or distributors for Gaming/Entertainment or similar products.
  • TCG/Gaming experience a plus.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Excellent planning ability.
  • Organized self-starter.
  • Excellent communicator and great team player.
