Great communication skills will help you to also deliver pan-European support in line with Hasbro SA&#39;s approved processes. There may be the occasional requirement for some travel, working on delivery of global IT projects aligned with Hasbro SA&#39;s strategy.</p> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor, support and administer the network infrastructure and systems on daily basis, including&nbsp; but not limited to: - Dell PowerEdge servers, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory &amp; Group Policies, MIM, EMC SAN, VMware, Backup and Recovery (including DR process), Office 365 application suite administration, SCCM, VPN, WAN, LiveLink, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, IPT, Avaya PBX &amp; Call management.</li> <li>Make full and effective use of Call management software to successfully handle all support issues in a timely manner</li> <li>Make full and effective use of reporting and deployment tools such as Dell OpenManage, SCCM and those provided by Managed Service partners</li> <li>Liaise with IT staff and the incumbent Managed Network Services provider throughout Hasbro international, in order to maintain the international Communications Network and ancillary services.</li> <li>Work effectively as part of a team to handle the proactive management, monitoring and maintenance of the network infrastructure, including all remote access and remote working facilities.</li> <li>Help ensure that all aspects of the infrastructure conform to agreed Hasbro SA&#39;s standards on an evolutionary basis.</li> <li>Provide technical support and analytical skills in order to help support the international business and systems.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ensure Hasbro security policies and procedures are in place and adhere to Change Management in order to maintain the integrity of the network infrastructure an deliver operational excellence for the business</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Document clearly and fully, all infrastructure systems, solutions and procedures.</li> <li>Good Communication skills will help you to work effectively with the business and all members of staff in order to continue to enhance and develop the profile of IT and the business tools and services which we can provide to enhance their productivity</li> <li>Work effectively and manage business relationships with third party solutions and service providers and consultants.</li> <li>Provide support and assistance as necessary to Helpdesk and other IS staff</li> <li>Test and review Hasbro&rsquo;s SA&#39;s backup and recovery strategy as required in order to meet its restore and business continuity.</li> <li>Work with peers on both local and global projects and initiatives, in order to achieve personal and global IT objectives in line with Hasbro SA&#39;s approved IT strategy.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;<strong>Key Relationships:</strong></p> <p>Internal:</p> <p>Supervisor IT</p> <p>IT Manager &ndash; Infrastructure &amp; Operations</p> <p>Director IT - EMEA</p> <p>IT Technical Teams (Globally)</p> <p>Service desk Teams</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>External:</p> <p>BT, Cisco, Kyocera/BAC, Proact, Microsoft, Dell/EMC, Secdata, AT&amp;T.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Experience required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in working on IT 2nd&nbsp;level Support</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge and Skills required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge and ideally experience of Microsoft technologies to support O365 Application Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, AD Group Policies.</li> <li>Knowledge and ideally experience of SANs, Backup &amp; Recovery, Archiving solutions, SCCM, Corporate Anti-Virus solutions, WANs, PBX, IPT, VPN, and Broadband.</li> <li>Knowledge and experience of supporting Kyocera printers and printing technology</li> <li>Knowledge and experience of Helpdesk Call Management software</li> <li>Ability to maintain and develop business relationships with third party solutions providers and consultants.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to document, maintain monitor and troubleshoot complex IT solutions throughout the International business.</li> <li>Project Management skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Behaviours/Competencies required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work effectively as a member of &nbsp;global teams on key IT projects and initiatives in addition to working proactively under own initiative</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills.
