Regional eB2B Manager

Hasbro European Services provides various services to Hasbro business units in Europe and the Middle East and Africa.

 

 

We're hiring a Regional eB2B Manager to provide the following services:

 

  • Facilitate the implementation of a new eB2B route to market operation in EMEA: initially 3 countries.
  • Partner all relevant internal teams and external agents and identify the commercial information relevant for the operation to succeed.
  • Govern and run the daily execution of the eB2B site(s) as a central synergised function for EMEA Sales, and create appropriate regional process to meet agreed targets.

Facilitate a new eB2B operation

  • Partner with IT to identify a clear project plan with steps and timelines. Own and complete the Wave Initiative.
  • Identify all Leadership sponsors for the 3 countries, critical stakeholders such as Legal and Tax Services, and all internal partners including Sales, Customer Services, Marketing, all Order to Cash and Financial accounting teams. Provide routine direction and communication to all for the eB2B initiative.
  • Recruit where appropriate for the day-to-day centralised tasks of eB2B site and undertake all Hasbro people management requirements including clear OGSM, Annual objectives, Quarterly conversations, coaching and development and support of personal development plans.

 

Establish the commercial information relevant for the eB2B operation to succeed

  • Identify and provide the product catalogue including Pricing (approved by Regional Commercial Leadership and Regional Range Governance)
  • Identify and provide the PDP content (approved by the Appropriate Sales & Marketing Leadership)
  • Identify and provide the Customer Master data (approved by the Regional Commercial Leadership)
  • Identify and provide ‘In stock/Out stock’ status information per product per site (In partnership with Market Distribution Planning)
  • Identify and provide any promotional strategy and promotional activity details, ensuring all discounts are approved in accordance with H.S.A framework
  • Partner with the external agent for the initial loading of any Hasbro data to the eB2B site(s). Validate any data loaded to eB2B both internally and externally facing.
  • Set up the relevant process and schedule and govern the subsequent loading of Hasbro data to the eB2B site(s)

 

Govern and run the daily execution of eB2B:

  • Agree goals and targets for eB2B with Commercial Leadership EMEA
  • Develop, document and implement the key processes and schedules required to successfully run the eB2B sites and hit the targets
  • Partner Internal Audit and ensure eB2B runs in accordance with Hasbro’s compliancy code
  • Complete routine reviews of KPIs and appropriate root cause analysis and solve for issues affecting the success of eB2B
  • Develop and publish eB2B reports

Education required

  • Degree or Equivalent

 

Experience required

  • Experience of Leading and influencing small and big teams through process change
  • Experience within a responsible administrative position where accuracy, process, communication, and personal organisation have been critical
  • Experience in a Sales Operations role or Project Manager role
