The Consumer Products division of Hasbro European Services provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are currently recruiting for this position, based in Stockley Park, UK.

This Softline's Creative Manager – Direct to Retail translates commercial strategies into design solutions in line with Hasbro brand portfolio DNA across a spectrum of merchandise categories & consumer segments across our DTR portfolio
Specific Responsibilities/ Tasks:
- Designing for the Direct-To-Retail accounts across the Hasbro brand portfolio. Creating best in class graphic inspiration, product inspiration boards and pitches.
- Identify and share suitable graphic direction with departments on a frequent basis leaning into retailer trend direction and insights.
- Provide regular newsletters to share best practise and Hasbro updates.
- Build strong working partnerships internally (EMEA Creative & Product Development teams & commercial partners) and externally with DTR key buying and design contacts.
- Take ownership of and achieve key delivery dates and milestones, ensuring all projects are completed accurately against the commercial need.
- Manage key creative project work through external agencies and freelancers when required.
- Ensure all administration, filing and documentation of creative is achieved efficiently and that accurate records are kept.

Technical competencies:
- Experience in the consumer products licensing industry and/or retail
- Strong commercial design awareness and ability to visualize ideas and interpret trends effectively throughout the creative development process
- Experience designing across different consumer profiles, age groups and product categories
- Strong Knowledge of the product development process including print and digital processes
- Proficient in Adobe Suite Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Speaking Spanish language would be a benefit
