Key Account Specialist
 
As a Key Account Specialist at Hasbro, you will support the execution of account strategies and sales initiatives for key customers. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you will help ensure accurate forecasting, order management, promotional implementation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business targets.
 
Key Responsibilities:


•    Support the implementation of customer business plans and promotions as directed by the Commercial Manager.
•    Monitor and maintain accurate sales forecasts and product demand using tools like Logility and other commercial systems.
•    Ensure timely processing and follow-up of orders, shipments, and invoices.
•    Assist in managing the execution of marketing activities and promotional budgets.
•    Track customer performance against targets and highlight risks and opportunities.
•    Collaborate with the Digital, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of customer needs.
•    Monitor inventory levels, customer investment budgets, and promotional effectiveness.
•    Maintain accurate customer data and documents, including contracts, sales agreements, and SOX compliance records.
•    Participate in business reviews and customer presentations by preparing data and materials.
•    Follow Hasbro's business processes and tools to ensure consistent reporting and execution.
•    Provide administrative support related to key account operations and sales tracking.
 
Qualifications and skills required:


•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
•    2+ years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or a related commercial function.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with BI tools, CRM, and forecasting software (e.g., Logility) is a plus.
•    Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
•    Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
•    Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required. Fluency in Portuguese/French is an advantage.
•    Experience in the toy, FMCG, or retail industry.
•    Understanding of promotional mechanics and sales operations.
