The Category Manager CEE reports to the Senior Licensing Manager CEE. </span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color:#000000"><span>Key Responsibilities:</span></span></strong></p> <p><a name="_Hlk15027472"><span><font><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;&bull; Manages all aspects of the Consumer Products business in CEE in assigned categories with a focus on accelerating growth through efficient licensee and retail management.</span></font></span></a></p> <ul> <li><span>Fully responsible for the CEE Consumer Products P&amp;L in the assigned categories by managing relationships and business with the existing partners and developing new opportunities on CEE markets - aggressively identifies category gaps and signs/ activates new partners or develops licensees to drive the business and close those gaps.</span></li> <li><span>Drives &amp; closes major revenue-based deals/partnerships on CEE markets with a focus on CEE South markets.</span></li> <li><span>Partners with local marketing and sales teams to create and implement One Voice strategy internally and externally.</span></li> <li><span>Develops and maintains good relationships with the key retailers across CEE. </span><br /> <span>&bull; Develops &amp; executes retail specific merchandise strategies for CEE countries.</span><br /> <span>&bull; Develops Hasbro loyalty programs offer internally and in cooperation with the external agencies. Builds relationships with the retailers across CEE region. </span><br /> <span>&bull; Drives &amp; communicates CP strategic vision both internally &amp; externally, and acts as the ambassador for Consumer Products at trade shows and events. </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span>&nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color:#000000"><span>Education, knowledge and experience required.</span></span></strong></p> <p><span><font><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;&bull; Multi-territory experience in CEE with focus on CEE South countries. </span></font></span></p> <p><span><font><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;&bull; Broad working knowledge of CEE markets - demonstrable experience of the Consumer Products business, with profit and loss responsibility.</span></font></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span>&bull; Solid experience in cooperation with Marketing, Retail/Buying gained on CEE markets. </span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span>&bull; Must be a strong salesperson &amp; positive influencer of people.</span></span></p> <p><span style="color:#000000"><span>&bull; Deal intensive background is preferred, with previous commercial roles showing a skilled grasp of the consumer.</span></span></p> <p><span><font><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;&bull; Understanding of core categories: Fashion, Home, Hard Goods, Publishing, Food Health &amp; Beauty &amp; Toy/Game.
