Hasbro European Trading BV ('HET') is Hasbro SA’s distributor in Europe, which sells to Hasbro SA’s customers in all major European countries. [Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe] Hasbro Poland Sp. Z o.oprovides sales marketing and other services to HET [and HIT] in Poland.
Hasbro Poland is looking for a Key Account Manager with experience in annual negotiations and relationship management, preferably based near Warsaw. The position involves working with mass retailers, including Carrefour. The role is office-based from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
This role reports into one of our Commercial Managers, within the Hasbro Commercial EMEA structure.
Key role requirements:
- Achieve HET/HIT’s set sales and profit targets for the customer, channel & EU
- Visit Key Customers and operate as part of a sales services team
- Maintain and develop a mid-size customer, OR a group of key accounts, OR a category to maximize HET/HITs sales and profit targets
- Collaborate with leadership to implement approved retail sales strategies to strengthen Hasbro brands' market position
You will be responsible for:
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring annual account business plans for HET/HIT.
- Providing ongoing account forecasting using sales analysis, market trends, and retailer activity.
- Achieving profitability targets for HET/HIT in the market.
- Collaborating with Country Leads and Customer Retail Marketing teams to execute retail strategies, range alignment, and scalable activations.
- Leading Perfect Store/Perfect Screen initiatives with key retailers, ensuring alignment with brand and business priorities.
- Analyzing customer profitability and supporting decision-making.
- Managing and developing partnerships with key EU distributors, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the EU distributor strategy to maximize revenue and unlock new business.
- Developing tools to help distributor partners sell Hasbro brands more effectively.
- Ensuring account business plans meet both HET/HIT and customer objectives, reflecting approved sales and brand strategies.
- Working closely with customer stock control teams to manage stock requirements and serviceability targets.
- Overseeing JMA budgets and all day-to-day account matters.
- Recommending customer investments within budget and monitoring orders, invoices, and deliveries.
- Managing information flow on sales, stocks, and payments; forecasting customer sales; and executing new product launches.
- Identifying new brand opportunities and implementing consumer promotional campaigns.
- Preparing and maintaining SOX documentation and accurate records of account agreements.
- Conducting detailed analysis of customer development and reviewing business plans with leadership in line with quarterly targets.
- Tracking and reporting retailer business planning KPIs.
- Guiding Sales Operations and Admin teams on customer content and support tasks.
- Building strong relationships with buyers and leading cross-departmental projects.
- Following business processes and tools to deliver and report results efficiently.

Essential skills and experience:
- Must have previous Key Account Manager experience, preferably from Toy & Gaming, Entertainment, or FMCG
- Fluency in Polish and English languages
- Proven negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship management and team spirit
- Highly numeric
- Experience in Mass or Value retail would be highly advantageous

Gross annual salary range: 155,000 – 232,000 PLN, depending on skills and experience.
