Senior Key Account Manager – Hasbro Poland
Hybrid, full-time role, based in Warsaw. In-office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

You will play a pivotal role in our business growth efforts. You will possess a can-do attitude with an ownership mentality. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and managing marketing initiatives. Your ability to build and maintain beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners will be key to our success.
Key purpose of the role:
Drive growth and build powerful partnerships with top Multi-Market retail customers. Lead sales success, shape strategy with the Group Account Director, and inspire others to deliver results. If you’re ready to make an impact, this is your chance!
Main responsibilities :
Multi-Market Management:
- Accountable for the delivery of the budgeted Sales Targets and investment budget delivery for relevant Multi-market customers. Monitoring progress and utilising Gap analysis where necessary to mitigate any risks. Providing account forecasting and phasing, continuously monitored and updated, utilising sales out analysis and trends, combined with product, brand, market, and retailer activity.
- Align joint business targets and KPIs for mutual business growth and track performance, coordinating regular update meetings and aligning mitigation actions. Ensuring Hasbro's strategic Brand and Portfolio priorities are reflected.
- Multimarket overview of business planning roll-ups & tracking/pace & course correction actions (Risk & Opp planning).
- Driving alignment in Range selection (including exclusives) & Direct Import (DI).
- Ability to play a lead role in Multi-Market projects and initiatives – collaborating regionally to create bespoke marketing activation plans, retail marketing initiatives, Cat man projects, Operational efficiencies, etc.
- Native market language negotiation of contracts & counterparts and/or net pricing.
- Support Consumer Products through continued integration within the Multi-Market team and major retailer pitches/events.
- DI ownership & execution in partnership with DI resource; aligned ranging, forecasting, and investment alignment/simplification. Orderbook & tracking visibility and course correction.
- Support Group Account Directors with centralised Closeout & excess Packages.
- Logility SKU input for all the relevant markets the retailer operates in, and SAR attendance/input/reviews.
- Collaborating on supply chain and allocation processes.
- Orderbook & supply chain collaboration/tracking for all markets in partnership with regional/local demand planning functions (Value Channel).
Multi-Market Skills and Behaviors:
- Professional Polish and English required (written and spoken).
- Resilience, flexibility & working at pace – able to cope well with changing directions/juggling and a thoughtful risk taker.
- Commercially astute – not accepting the customer's view as the only source of truth. Numerate & able to analyse, model and make recommendations with a high understanding of the customer/Hasbro needs.
- Comfortable with healthy conflict/able to effectively challenge (internally & externally).
- High level of detail & accuracy.
- Very strong Hasbro product & brand knowledge. Expert in performance in the retailer & market context (or ability to learn this fast and maintain).
- Adept at building strong relationships. High collaboration and ability to “wear lots of hats” (Marketing, Regional, Local, Customer, etc) – ability to influence, flex style & leverage support of the wider business/retailer.
- Ability to take a broad view of the overall commercial priorities, champion continuous improvement & able to lead cross-departmental/multi-market projects.

Gross annual salary range: 184,000 – 277,000 PLN, depending on skills and experience.
