[Hasbro International Trading BV ('HIT') is Hasbro SA's distributor for Direct/FOB sales in Europe] Hasbro Poland Sp. Z o.oprovides sales marketing and other services to HET [and HIT] in Poland.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Customer marketing plans that align with our brand priorities and commercial objectives.
- Localize national campaigns for specific retailer or channel environments.
- Build and implement customer-specific activities, launches, in-store displays, digital assets, and toolkits.
- Collaborate on joint business planning and secure retailer participation in brand initiatives.
- Monitor in-store and online execution to ensure a consistent shopper experience.
- Use shopper, customer, and channel insights to inform decisions and strategies.
- Measure the efficiency of campaigns, gather post-campaign findings, and report return on investment.
- Work closely with data & insight teams to apply data-driven thinking to planning.
- Partner with licensors to improve and secure traffic-driving marketing opportunities.
- Influence, flex style, and leverage support from the wider business and retailers..
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, preferably within a retail or FMCG environment.
- Project management skills with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to work at pace.
- Good English and Polish; knowledge of German or Nordic languages is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to drive decisions.
- Experience in crafting engaging marketing materials and implementing successful campaigns.
